Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection and select the frame and lens options you prefer.
  2. Click "Add to Cart."
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
  4. Review your order and click "Place Order."
  5. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Contact us at info@buenavisionoptical.com or +1 (713) 473-6174 immediately with your order number.


What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your statement will show "Buena Vision Optical."


Prescription Orders

Do I need to provide a prescription?

Yes. If you are ordering prescription eyewear, please provide a valid prescription issued within the last 12 months. You can enter your prescription details during checkout.


What if I do not know my pupillary distance (PD)?

We recommend having your PD measured by a licensed eye care professional. If you do not have your PD, we can provide guidance, but accuracy is important for optimal lens alignment.


Can I return prescription glasses?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Prescription lenses that were custom-ground based on the prescription you provided cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.


Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Free — all qualifying orders within the contiguous (lower 48) United States ship free of charge.


How long does shipping take?

Order Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days after shipment.


How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels intact.


Is return shipping free?

Yes. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.


Are there restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.


How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@buenavisionoptical.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
