Refund Policy
We want you to love your new eyewear. If something is not quite right, we have made our return and refund process as simple as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn — no scratches, smudges, or signs of wear on frames or lenses.
- In its original, unopened packaging — including the eyewear case, cleaning cloth, and all accessories.
- With all original tags and labels intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription lenses that were custom-ground based on the prescription you provided (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items that have been worn, scratched, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging, case, or accessories.
- Items returned after the 30-day delivery window.

3. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@buenavisionoptical.com or call +1 (713) 473-6174 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item using the prepaid label provided.
Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Free Return Shipping
We cover 100% of return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@buenavisionoptical.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of refund approval within 2–3 business days.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different frame, color, or lens type, please contact us at info@buenavisionoptical.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process. A prepaid return label will be provided for the original item.
8. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed.
- Contact us at info@buenavisionoptical.com or +1 (713) 473-6174 to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow our return process.
- If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
