3. Products and Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or product information. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order and notify you promptly.

4. Prescription Eyewear

  • If you order prescription eyewear, you are responsible for providing a valid and current prescription. We recommend having your prescription updated within the last 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or outdated prescriptions provided by the customer.
  • Progressive, bifocal, and other multifocal lens orders require accurate pupillary distance (PD) measurements. We recommend having your PD measured by a licensed eye care professional.
  • By placing a prescription eyewear order, you confirm that the prescription information you provide is accurate and valid.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
  • Your credit card statement will show a charge under "Buena Vision Optical".
  • We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank or credit card issuer for currency conversion or international transactions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) United States.
  • Order processing takes 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • Carriers include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • We cover all return shipping costs — a prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon authorization.
  • There are no restocking fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Prescription eyewear returns are subject to the same conditions. Non-prescription (plano) sunglasses and accessories follow the same return policy.

8. Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered our fulfillment process.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return process instead.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Buena Vision Optical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
