Shipping policy

At Buena Vision Optical, we want your new eyewear to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all qualifying U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days after shipment.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on your location and order).

Coverage: The contiguous (lower 48) United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package online

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer support team.


4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
  • Buena Vision Optical is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • We do not ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the contiguous United States. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@buenavisionoptical.com or +1 (713) 473-6174. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or the date you received a damaged item.
  2. Email info@buenavisionoptical.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage (if applicable).
  3. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
